Michael A. McGregor
Mr. McGregor is a civil law litigator who has practiced with Crease Harman LLP since 1999 in the areas of employment, personal injury, human rights, defamation, contract, and debtor-creditor law as well as real property and estate disputes. Mr. McGregor has prosecuted matters in the Provincial Court, Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal of British Columbia, as well as the Federal Court of Canada. He also has considerable experience in representing clients at administrative tribunals, and is a past legal chair for the Federal CPP Review Tribunal in Victoria. Mr. McGregor’s client base is varied, from long term large scale companies to individuals with a claim to advance or defend.
Before entering private practice with Crease Harman LLP, Mr. McGregor worked for the Provincial Government in various legal capacities, first, as a Human Rights Investigator for the Provincial Ministry of Labour, then as a tribunal representative of the Ministry of Human Resources and finally as a legal researcher for the Ministry of Aboriginal Affairs.
