Lian Kubisz

Lian was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario. During her undergraduate degree, Lian majored in Law and Business and received her Bachelor of Commerce degree in Toronto before moving to Victoria in 2020. After completing her law degree at the University of Victoria in 2023, Lian joined Crease Harman LLP as an articled student and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2024.

During law school, Lian was the president of the University of Victoria Intellectual Property Law Club, and she maintains a particular interest in furthering her knowledge of intellectual property law. In the Summer of 2022, Lian completed a term as a Temporary Articled Student at The Law Centre, where she provided compassionate and trauma-informed legal support to economically disadvantaged individuals in a number of practice areas.

Today, Lian maintains a broad practice in general civil litigation, family law, and administrative law. She is a passionate advocate for her clients and is dedicated to achieving favourable solutions for each of her clients’ legal issues.

In her free time, Lian enjoys travelling, drawing pet portraits, and spending time with her family, including her two dachshunds.
