Nicole Hartle

Nicole grew up in a big family in England, and had ambitions to become an international lawyer from a young age. Nicole qualified as a Solicitor in 2018 and her career spans three continents. Nicole has previously worked for a leading international law firm in Birmingham, England, and for a leading insurance law firm in Brisbane, Australia. Nicole’s extensive international experience is primarily in the areas of civil and commercial litigation and dispute resolution.

Nicole permanently immigrated to Canada in September 2022 to work for our firm as a Designated Paralegal. She quickly became an integral part of the immigration team, showing that she was a quick-learner, collaborative, highly efficient and dedicated to her work. After receiving her assessment from the NCA in 2023, Nicole successfully completed the required NCA exams and commenced her articles with the firm in 2024, gaining experience in various practice areas.

Nicole was called to the Bar of British Columbia in December 2024 and has a growing portfolio of business and private immigration clients. Nicole will continue to use her practical legal skills, legal knowledge and unwavering commitment to achieve the best outcomes for her clients. As an immigrant herself, Nicole understands the importance of providing a safe and supportive environment, and she is passionate about changing lives, reuniting families and helping to protect some of the most vulnerable people in our society.

In her free time, Nicole enjoys travelling, wildlife spotting, watching Victoria Royals play ice hockey, playing strategic board games, binge-watching Netflix shows and spending quality time with her husband and their two internationally-travelled cats, Bambam and Pebbles.
