A.J. Auringer

A. J. Auringer joined Crease Harman LLP as an Articled Student in May 2024, after completing law school at Thompson Rivers University, where he earned his Juris Doctor. During law school, A. J. worked as a Junior Editor and Editor-in-Chief of the TRU Law Review, was named on the Faculty of Law’s Dean’s List, and received the Dean’s Course Prize for In-House & Corporate Counsel.

Before pursuing a career in law, A. J. worked in sales and operations in the ready-to-drink beverage industry, after founding and spending several years operating a small business in the hospitality industry. On the side, A. J.’s interest in politics led him to serve on the boards of provincial riding associations, (including as a Membership Director and Vice President) and act as Campaign Manager for an MLA Candidate in the 2020 British Columbia General Election.

A. J. maintains a practice focused on real estate, corporate, commercial, and estate planning services. Some examples of matters A. J. assists clients with include: residential and commercial real estate transactions, development, and leasing; incorporating, purchasing, selling, maintaining, advising, and dissolving businesses; and preparing wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare representation agreements.

While A. J. regularly meets with clients in our office, he will gladly accommodate the needs of clients who may require a meeting at their home or elsewhere.
