Dr. Lugosi is leading a team at Crease Harman that is helping Victoria’s visually-impaired community in their action to seek accommodation from the City of Victoria and BC Transit at the Human Rights Tribunal. The Canadian Federation of the Blind claim that the City of Victoria’s bike lanes have forced the installation of ‘floating bus stops’, which unduly place the visually impaired at risk.
