COVID-19 Notice

British Columbia’s trusted legal advisors since 1866

In order to keep our clients and staff safe during the COVID-19 pandemic, Crease Harman LLP is taking steps to limit exposure. Please read the following announcements, and contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Limited Interactions: Our office currently remains open, but are actively working to limit interactions between staff & clients for everybody’s safety. We are monitoring the recommendations of the relevant authorities and will adapt our policy as this matter develops.

Alternative Appointments: We are currently working to postpone all in-person appointments, but are happy to reschedule in-person meetings to a later date, or to provide alternative arrangements such as telephone appointments or video chats.

Documents & Payment: Please consider making alternative arrangements to provide documents or payment. We are able to process credit cards and e-transfers for retainer funds and payments on account.

Non-Essential Matters: The Court has directed that all non-essential matters be adjourned until after May 31, which will delay currently scheduled matters and likely impact the ability to seek relief from the Court for new matters beyond that date. Please call us to discuss how this might affect your file.

Stay safe,
