Aisha Estey

Aisha is an ambitious civil litigator with a passion for achieving exceptional and efficient results for her clients. She joined Crease Harman LLP after five years of practicing civil litigation in Vancouver, BC, where she successfully represented clients in both judge-alone and jury trials. Her extensive litigation experience enables her to find creative and strategic solutions to complex legal issues. She welcomes inquiries from clients seeking assistance with a variety of legal challenges.

Aisha holds a Master of Laws from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia and earned a First Class Honours law degree from the University of Kent in the UK.

Raised in Victoria, BC, Aisha is delighted to be back in her hometown and committed to serving her community through her legal practice. Outside of her practice, Aisha also serves as president of a political party, where she leads with a focus on advocating for democratic principles, community engagement and responsible governance. Her leadership role underscores her dedication to public service and active involvement in civic affairs.
