Peter W. Klassen
Peter has over 50 years of litigation experience in a wide range of practice areas. He practises primarily in complex litigation cases with a focus on real property issues, but he remains curious about novel and unique legal issues. He generously lends his experience and expertise in Real Property Assessment Law and Administrative Law to other members of the legal community, and to various Continuing Legal Education publications and presentations.
In 1974, Peter was on a ferry visiting BC from Saskatchewan when he saw an advertisement for a litigation associate position at Crease Harman. He soon left his criminal prosecution work and the 40-below (Celsius or Fahrenheit) temperatures of Saskatchewan for civil litigation and the balmy temperatures of Victoria. He has been with Crease Harman ever since.
